Our family couldn’t have been any happier than to spend our Christmas at this Villa. Quiet and private location. Easy access to Cancún, Playa de Carmen and Tulum. Impeccable property, both inside and out. Beach access is directly outside the backyard with private pools. Surf fishing and barbecue pit is a major plus. Great kitchen and A/C. The best part of the stay was our host and I am honored to call him a new family friend. Hospitality, local recommendations and communication makes this experience an A++++. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future. Huge Thank You to Michael for the extraordinary and fabulous services and love Villa Ka’an. Gracias mi amigo!!

It was an amazing stay! It was a shame we didn’t have time to extend it. The host is fantastic—we felt like we were staying at a good friend’s house. By the way, if you’ve only seen one room, I suggest you check them all out because there are more rooms available for rent. Some have private terraces, jacuzzis, and from some, you can see the sea from your bed and feel the breeze if you open the window!

The room was huge, the balcony connecting to my room was amazing, and the rest of the property was very spacious.
My favorite part of the trip was the host, Michael.
He was very accommodating during my check-in process and throughout my stay.
Michael was, without a doubt, the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had—he took care of everything I needed.
The property is right on the beach but also has pools for swimming, making it a fun and enjoyable experience.
I would absolutely book here again!

We spent a wonderful week at Michael’s place. There are two buildings on the property: a shared villa and a private one, which we rented. There’s a large shared pool and a smaller private one by the beach.
The villa has three floors with stunning sea views and very spacious bedrooms. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and you can even fish directly from the beach.
There is plenty of parking space, and Puerto Morelos town center is just a 15-minute drive away. The road is a bit bumpy, but we had no issues driving a Honda City.
Michael, the host, is a very welcoming and friendly person. He showed us everything and was available for any questions.
